Mont Blanc supports the development of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and related energy-transition assets across the entire project lifecycle. As Europe moves toward a renewable and decentralised energy system, BESS projects require robust commercial structures, bankable procurement arrangements and disciplined contract execution.
We provide commercial due diligence, financial modelling, procurement strategy and negotiation leadership with developers, OEMs, suppliers, investors and grid operators. Mont Blanc guides projects from early-stage development, Ready to Build (RTB), to financial close, enabling the deployment of resilient, flexible and future-proof energy infrastructure.
Mont Blanc leads complex award procedures in full compliance with EU public procurement rules. As Europe confronts unprecedented geopolitical uncertainty. Ranging from supply-chain disruption and import restrictions to regional conflict and shifting trade alliances. Public tenders have become more strategic, more regulated and significantly more risk-exposed.
In this environment, tenders must navigate volatile pricing, fragile global sourcing routes and stricter compliance demands. Mont Blanc supports clients by designing robust tender strategies, evaluating bids with heightened due-diligence standards and negotiating high-value contracts.
We bring deep procurement expertise, negotiation authority and procedural certainty to award processes that now require far more than technical evaluation. Our role is to ensure transparency, defensibility and competitive strength. While securing supply-chain resilience and long-term operability in a rapidly changing European landscape.
Mont Blanc operates where global strategy meets local execution. A necessity in today’s environment of geopolitical tension, supply-chain disruption and rapidly shifting trade conditions. Organisations are increasingly confronted with uneven market access, volatile logistics networks, import restrictions and supplier instability. These operational realities demand not only strategic insight but the capability to act decisively on the ground.
We support clients in navigating these complexities by combining global awareness with local operational knowledge. Whether managing disrupted supply chains, stabilising critical suppliers, resolving cross-border disputes or renegotiating contracts under pressure, Mont Blanc provides clarity and executable direction.
Our international track record enables us to identify what drives performance within local markets while steering clients through global challenges. The result: strategies that are both globally informed and locally achievable, even in the most uncertain conditions.
Mont Blanc provides rigorous financial analysis to support senior decision-makers facing operational uncertainty or strategic inflection points.
